Meredith Hilt joined Integrity Insurance and Financial Services in 2022 as a member of the Data Entry Department and became Team Lead in 2023. In her current role, she oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and works to improve processes and efficiency across the department.
Prior to joining Integrity, Meredith worked as a licensed teacher, an experience that continues to influence her leadership style and passion for training, mentoring, and developing others. She also brings extensive customer service experience and a background as a legal assistant, providing her with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Meredith is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. She enjoys finding ways to improve workflows, streamline processes, and help others succeed.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her husband and son.
